  • The Center SF 548 Fillmore Street San Francisco, CA, 94117 United States (map)

In this experiential class, you will learn all about how to make herbal mocktails using infused syrups, bitters and more!

Saturday, July 20th
from 2pm - 3:30pm
at The Center SF
Get Your Spot!

In this experiential class, you will learn all about how to make herbal mocktails using infused syrups, bitters and more!

Did you know that the original sodas are actually derived from herbal drinks that were brewed to support your digestion, immunity and overall health? Unfortunately in our modern world the herbal benefits have been stripped from these drinks in favor of low grade sugar and artificial ingredients!

You’ll learn some yummy recipes to make delicious mocktails that are crowd-pleasing and support your wellness! These drinks are great for a special occasion, or anytime you desire.

As part of class we’ll sample homemade ginger tonic, root beer, and fun syrups you can make without too much effort at all featuring herbs like butterfly pea flower, rose and lavender.

. . .

This class is open to those who are curious, and want to deepen in their awareness of working with what I call our “green allies.”

These regular herbal classes with Crystal Marie Higgins at The Center SF will each be fun and interactive ways to learn more about the power of what is called “kitchen herbalism” - wonderful herbs that you can experiment with in the kitchen (and their properties for your health).

Crystal Marie Higgins is a lineaged Initiated High Priestess in Celtic traditions, an Initiated Witch, as well as a Yoga Teacher, a Folk Herbalist and an Ethical Marketer. She has been in devotion to earth wisdom, the cycles of the moon and the seasons since 2012. She loves to create, to cook and share that magic with others!

Crystal’s intention is to awaken our consciousness toward the radical practice of attuning your life and the flows of your creativity to the seasons of the year, the cycles of the moon and the wisdom found in the everyday. She is a lover of the plant realm, being outdoors and engaging in sacred rituals.
